The Personal Cleanse You Needed Yesterday

It has been a long time coming but I have finally cracked the code to unlocking limitless creativity, powerful release, and channeling divine feminine energy. Why is this the best thing since sliced bread? Stimulating creative energy promotes strategy, innovation, and the inception of new ideas that push you and humanity forward. Creative energy is abundance. Releasing is powerful because it supports creativity by creating space. When we release, we encourage a flow of energy through ourselves that promotes clarity, acceptance, and confidence. Lastly, when you learn to channel your divine femininity your intuition is strengthened and the trust that you have in yourself radiates from you illuminating the purpose in every breath and every step you take.


So how did I do it? I learned to be very patient with myself. Intentional reflection daily supports this effort. It's not enough to simply know that you're emotionally, mentally, and/or physically tired or restless. You don't have to push through with nothing left to give.

You can create space for yourself to rebalance, replenish, and reharmonize within and in your external environment. What you need is a personal cleanse.

And I have got just the recipe for you, Sis. But first and foremost, a personal cleanse is an experience of intimacy with self, unplugging from the To-Do List, career, home and community responsibilities, and tapping into your presence power.


Step One:

Invite clarity, peace, and love into your living space. Oh yea, this will take place at home so I recommend a weekend when the fam is gone or on board with you being unavailable for the next 48 hours. Tidy up the space (inviting clarity) then open the doors and windows and burn sage throughout the space while speaking life into the space and what you want to release (doubt, procrastination, fear, self-limiting beliefs, scarcity) to invite peace, and finally play Andre' 3000's latest album New Blue Sun to invite loving vibrations into the space. The vibes are official.

Step Two:

Cut slices of fresh ginger, lime, and lemon then pour them into a very warm bath. Add a 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar and 1/3 cup of Aztec Healing Bentonite Clay. Get your electric tea kettle, fill it halfway with water, then add as much rosemary essential oil to it as you like (I typically pour about two tablespoons). Allow yourself to soak in this healing herbal bath for at least 30 minutes to an hour. Focus on your breathing, taking deep inhales through the nose and exhaling gently through the mouth. If you find yourself getting lost in your thoughts it's ok, just return to the breath and feel your heartbeat in your feet, fingers, and chest. This will detoxify your body, reduce stress held as tension in your muscles, and encourage the clearing of any energy blocks. After the soak, shower with cool water.


Step Three:

Massage your body while speaking light, love, and gratitude to yourself. Before you get on some clothes, it's time to release more this time by way of personal orgasm. I recommend the infamous Rose if you are not accustomed to personal orgasms by way of your fingers alone. Continue speaking light, love, and gratitude to yourself during the climax. Yoni release is both cleansing and empowering due to the abundance of creative energy that flows from the womb through the yoni. This is one of the ways you learn to channel your energy through intentional expression and amplify your energetic field aiding in manifestation. You are woman and a healthy relationship with your yoni is essential. Give yourself time to sit in this self-induced intimacy and pleasure. Remember, you are not to be rushed.


Step Four:

Go outside with your favorite cup of tea, yoga mat or blanket and journal. Journaling in nature is grounding and supports release through expression. During this time you want to actively check in with yourself. Recall experiences in the past week that come up that require processing and assess your needs. Respond to yourself with love, nonjudgment, and acceptance. You've been releasing for the past couple of hours so it is ok if not much comes onto the pages. You could also use this time to meditate as well.


Step Five:

Rest. This is the replenishment. Cleansing is work and you should expect to feel like a good nap or turning it in for the night is just what you need. If you don't feel like resting (if you made it past step three) simply chill for the rest of the day/weekend. Open yourself up to allowing any emotions the come up to flow through you. Keep it R.E.A.L. and be gentle with yourself. Personal cleanses can clear the path for emotions that were trapped deep within you to rise to the surface so even if you feel reenergized allow the next 24-36 hours to focus on embracing yourself and resting.


When you complete this personal cleansing process you will feel creativity flowing easily through you, empowered to take on the week, and in harmony with yourself and the world around you. Try it out and comment below how your personal cleanse experience went.
