Participant counts are defined at the unit or role-group level to preserve anonymity and ensure signal integrity. The Diagnostic is designed to work across multiple units or sites, provided cohorts are structured consistently.


Q2: What data will leaders receive from the Diagnostic?
A: Leaders receive aggregated, anonymized diagnostic insights, including:

  • Patterns in emotional load and bandwidth strain

  • Check-in timing and participation stability (not individual frequency)

  • Middle-layer strain localization and dynamics

  • Qualitative interpretation drawn from structured interviews
