Q1: What’s the minimum number of participants for a successful pilot?

A: Up to 300 participants. We recommend at least 50 for meaningful cohort insights. Department-level analytics require a minimum of 50 users per group to maintain data privacy.

Q2: What data will we see?

A: Anonymized trends on stress, sentiment, and engagement levels; burnout risk markers; check-in patterns; content interaction; and user feedback insights. All data is anonymized and aggregated to ensure user confidentiality and meet ethical data handling standards.

Q3: How much staff time will this require internally?

A: Minimal. We provide templates for onboarding, rollout, and communication. All technical and engagement work is managed by the SenterME team.

Q4: Will this work for all employees?

A: Absolutely. Each diagnostic begins with a defined segment of the workforce—such as women professionals—to measure sentiment patterns and organizational impact within a controlled environment. This approach enables us to surface targeted insights that can later be scaled organization-wide. Future cohorts will extend to all employee groups as we map cross-departmental sentiment and performance trends.
