Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and skilled mid-level Social Media Strategist/Manager to join our team as an independent contractor. This role is perfect for professionals looking to expand their experience and contribute to a meaningful project.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Content Management
-
Website: Update Wix-based website content in collaboration with the founder and communication strategy.

Social Media: Develop and maintain content for social channels, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, monitoring engagement and success of campaigns, and developing efficient and effective workflows for content creation, review, and approval processes.

Email Marketing: Manage process for creating SenterME's (bi-monthly) newsletter (content, editing and distribution), plus any special announcements or communications (ex: webinars), and overall audience recruitment planning (e.g. audience segmentation, digital sign-ups, and welcome series). We use MailChimp? to manage our eblasts.

Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies to support the app's launch and ongoing engagement.

Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.

Plan, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights.

Foster community engagement by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and encouraging user-generated content.

Collaborate with partners to amplify our social media presence.

Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.

Generate regular reports on social media performance and propose improvements.
Qualifications

Proven experience in social media strategy and management.

Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Excellent written, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.

Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to generate compelling content.

Proficient in social media analytics tools and able to interpret data to improve performance.

Basic knowledge of Canva, MailChimp and

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
