Does SenterME monitor individual people?
No. Outputs are aggregate-only, with no personal identifying information and no individual attribution. SenterME reads the structural condition of teams, never a person.
Do you need access to our EHR?
No. Initial deployment requires no EHR integration, no patient data, and no clinical-workflow disruption beyond a lightweight mobile experience.
How hard is it to set up the 90-Day Diagnostic?
It is designed to be low-lift—closer to plug-in, plug-out than a systems integration. There is no EHR integration and no data pipeline to build, and it is fully reversible. Participants use a lightweight mobile experience, so most of the setup is coordination rather than IT work.
Is this a survey tool?
No. Periodic surveys report on how people felt at a point in time, after the fact. SenterME is designed to add a continuous structural layer—what is forming in the coordination layer between those reporting cycles.
How is privacy protected?
Privacy is a structural constraint, not a policy you trust us to follow. Signals are de-identified at submission and the system is not built to produce individual-level outputs.
