Careers

Build the future of Structural Health Intelligence with us.

All roles are remote and founding-stage—real scope, real ownership, and work with human consequences.

3 Founding team members we’re hiring now—each owning a domain, not just executing within it.
01 Why join at this stage

What we can offer—and what we expect in return.

Ownership

Founding-stage equity that means something

Equity is part of every package—designed to create real ownership in what is being built, not a token gesture.

Mission

Real work with human consequences

We exist to close the gap between what healthcare leaders are accountable for and what they can actually see. The stakes are real.

Responsibility

Scope, not just a job title

We are building a founding team. You will own your domain—with a clear path to expanded scope as the company grows.

Culture

High trust and high clarity

You will know where you stand, what is expected, and why decisions are made. No ambiguity by accident. No performative culture.

How we work

What we expect from ourselves.

Presence. We do what we say we will do. Follow-through is the minimum standard.

Intellectual honesty. We tell the truth about what is known, unknown, or still being learned.

Ownership. We take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks. Did it work?

Mission alignment. We are here to close the visibility gap in healthcare. That has to land for you.

Collaborative trust. We debate hard and move together. We do not relitigate closed decisions.

Human-centered excellence. We pursue excellence in a way that elevates people. We do not romanticize exhaustion.

Inclusion by design is an operating requirement—in who we hire, how we work, and what we build.

Founding Behavioral Experience Lead

Owns the emotional and behavioral conditions that make honest participation possible — the substrate SenterME's structural detection runs on.

3 years minimum · 5 years preferred
View role
About the role

SenterME's entire detection capability depends on signal quality. If participants do not feel psychologically safe enough to tell the truth, the platform cannot function.

This role designs the emotional and behavioral architecture that prevents that failure.

You will shape the conditions that make people willing to share what they are actually carrying — not the polished version, not the performative version, the real one. That work happens across guided regulation experiences, meditations, reflective practices, in-app prompts, discussion environments, and the contributor network that produces all of it. The medium is content. The function is behavioral system design.

We use words like pissed off, mad, frustrated, damn on purpose, because that's how people actually talk when they're being honest, and because honesty is what we're optimizing for. We do not sanitize. We do not clinicalize. We design containers strong enough to hold what people are really feeling.

This is not marketing. Not social media. Not therapy delivery. Not generic wellness content. It is the architecture of psychological safety, expressed through experience design — and it is existential to the company.

What you will own
The behavioral experience system.
Guided regulation practices, meditations, reflective prompts, micro-podcasts, in-app moments, and the emotional pacing of how participants encounter SenterME.
The conditions for honest participation.
The design choices — tone, pacing, containment, framing, permission structure — that make someone choose to say the real thing instead of the polite thing. This is the central craft of the role.
Three distinct voices.
SenterME serves a women's space, a men's space, and a non-binary center. Each has its own register and emotional grammar. You will hold all three without flattening any of them.
The behavior-to-signal validation loop.
You will work directly with the Technical Lead to translate participation patterns into behavioral context that helps Santi distinguish real structural strain from noise. This is the part that makes the role existential.
What this role is not

Not product marketing. Not growth or acquisition content. Not social media management. Not brand strategy. Not therapy or clinical service delivery. Not generic mindfulness content.

Compensation structure, equity participation, and stage-specific details are discussed during the interview process.

Mobile Development Lead

Owns the mobile application through which healthcare teams contribute structural signals — the front door of SenterME's detection architecture.

5 years minimum preferred · Shipped mobile product experience required
View role
About the role

The SenterME mobile app is the primary interface through which healthcare teams encounter the system. If the app is confusing, slow, or untrustworthy, participation falls — and the entire detection capability of the platform is compromised. This role owns the application end-to-end: architecture, implementation, delivery, and iteration.

This is not a support role. The Mobile Development Lead is a full owner of a critical system, working directly with the Signal Design Lead, Technical Lead, and Product Designer.

What you will own
  • The iOS and Android applications — architecture, codebase, and production deployment
  • The signal input interface — how participants encounter, understand, and contribute signals
  • Performance, reliability, and offline behavior in clinical environments
  • App update cadence and version management across active deployments
  • Collaboration with the Signal Design Lead on experience requirements and the Technical Lead on API integration
Why this role matters

Participation is voluntary. The only thing that brings a charge nurse back to contribute a signal at the end of a difficult shift is trust in the experience and confidence that it matters. The Mobile Development Lead builds and maintains that trust at the interface level.

Compensation structure, equity participation, and stage-specific details are discussed during the interview process.

Founding Product Designer / UX & UI Lead

Owns the design system and the entire visual and interaction experience across the Santi platform — translating complex structural detection data into clarity executives can act on.

3 years minimum · 5 years preferred · Strong portfolio required
View role
About the role

The Santi executive dashboard is where a CNO looks at organizational strain data and decides what to do about it. The design of that interface is not a cosmetic concern. It determines whether findings are understood correctly, whether the right questions are asked, and whether the system earns the confidence of the people using it.

This role owns that interface — and the design system underlying it. It requires someone who understands enterprise product design, works comfortably with complex data, and holds themselves to a standard of clarity rather than novelty.

What you will own
  • The SenterME design system — visual language, component library, and interaction standards
  • The executive dashboard experience — how leaders navigate, read, and act on structural health data
  • The participant signal interface in collaboration with the Mobile Development Lead and Signal Design Lead
  • Design standards and reviews across all product surfaces
  • Visual identity consistency across product and marketing as the company grows
Why this role matters

SenterME is selling a new category of visibility to healthcare leaders who have never had it before. The design of the experience is what makes that invisible thing comprehensible and actionable. If the dashboard requires explanation, it is not working.

Compensation structure, equity participation, and stage-specific details are discussed during the interview process.
